More room for development
Evaluate larger batches while retaining the same container-based 3D inversion principle used in the laboratory range.
PILOT & SMALL PRODUCTION · 35 L
Build process knowledge at a larger batch size. A 35 L nominal blending platform combines programmable 3D inversion with removable containers and configuration choices for pilot and small-production work.

THE MIXING PRINCIPLE
Evaluate larger batches while retaining the same container-based 3D inversion principle used in the laboratory range.
HMI / PLC controls provide programmable speed, time and mixing direction for process development and repeatable cycles.
Discuss the removable vessel, loading arrangement, guards and construction around your material and facility. The source product configuration is shown with an overhead lifting frame.
MODEL DETAILS
A 35 L nominal container capacity with 28 l at 80% fill. Actual working fill and load depend on the material.
Load ratings, motor power and electrical supply vary by configuration. Confirm the combination, container compatibility and handling arrangement with Glen Mills.

CONTAIN THE BLEND
Interchangeable holders and adapter inserts let compatible smaller containers sit securely inside the main cradle. Discuss the vessel sizes, materials and surface finishes suited to your batch, cleaning requirements and handling method.
Dedicated containers help reduce cross-contamination and simplify product changeovers. Confirm the holder, maximum dimensions and working fill for this model.

OPTIONAL LIQUID DOSING SYSTEM
Add liquid ingredients to Alphie 35 during the blending cycle. Rather than introducing the full liquid volume at the start, the optional system can deliver staged additions while the container continues its 3D inversion motion.
Adjust dosing quantities around the formulation and target liquid content.
Introduce liquids at controlled intervals, with variable timing to suit the process.
Gradual addition can help reduce localized overwetting and clumping as the material moves.
Application possibilitiesPowder wetting · Particle coating · Binder addition · Solvent addition · Moisture control
Specify the liquid, viscosity, total addition, dosing sequence and powder batch. Confirm compatibility, connections and operating conditions through an application review and material trials.
MATERIALS & APPLICATIONS
Discuss the particle properties, proportions, target uniformity and constraints that guide your trial.

Formulations, excipients and low-concentration ingredients.

Development blends with varying particle sizes and densities.

Ceramic powder formulations and development batches.

Sensitive materials and controlled-atmosphere requirements.
